Our Farm

Clover Oaks Farm was established in 1982 as a training facility for both horse and rider.

In 1998 we purchased our first Norwegian Fjord horses for breeding and showing this beautiful, rare breed. We were one of the first Norwegian Fjord horse breeding farms in the Southeast. Our Fjords have been very successful in the show ring, as have many of their offspring. We enjoy riding, driving and exhibiting our Fjords all around the country.

In 2003, after a trip to Belgium, we imported our first Ardennes (Ardennais) Draft horses. These are the first of their kind to be imported to the U.S. We started exhibiting them as yearlings and receive many requests for appearances for this extremely rare breed. In 2006 we imported two more fillies from Belgium and Luxembourg. Since then we have been successful in showing and breeding this rare Ardennes Draft horse.  All of our Ardennes come from championship stock and were judged before we selected them.

Clover Oaks Farm is located one hour north of Tampa in Hernando County, Florida.
